In the dynamic landscape of international development, there exists a unique opportunity for recent graduates and early career professionals to shape their careers and contribute to the mission of financing Infrastructure for Tomorrow. The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is thrilled to announce the opening of applications of its 2024 Young Talent Programs!

Diverse Opportunities Await You:

1. Graduate Program: A gateway to international development work

AIIB's Graduate Program is not just a career path; it's a transformative two-year expedition that exposes you to various aspects of development work, providing an invaluable mix of hands-on experience, classroom training, and mentorship. The established streams—Investment, Finance, Risk Management, Strategy, and Corporate—are now joined by the new Environmental and Social Stream. This groundbreaking addition focuses on the application of environmental, social, and climate provisions at the operational level.

As part of the program, analysts undergo rotations in different business functions, allowing them to contribute and learn in diverse environments. This holistic approach enables participants to immerse themselves in the daily work of their future counterparts and learn from industry leaders. What sets AIIB's Young Talent Program apart is the direct hiring of early career professionals as full-time International Staff—a rare opportunity in the international development arena.

Minimum Requirements:
