AIIB approved a loan of USD 33 million to the Government of Cambodia for P000707 Cross-border Livestock Health and Value-chain Infrastructure Improvement Project. This project aims to strengthen animal and human health safety and promote cross-board livestock trading among countries in the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) including Cambodia, Lao PDR, Viet Nam, Thailand, and China.
The project received a grant amount of USD2.5 million under the Special Fund Window to buy-down the interest of 53 basis points from the applicable interest.
