What is Event-Based Disclosure?

Event-based informationFor purposes of the PPI, information means all information held by AIIB that can be read and communicated physically and electronically in any form or format. disclosure occurs when the publication of informationFor purposes of the PPI, information means all information held by AIIB that can be read and communicated physically and electronically in any form or format. is determined by specific events, such as the President’s approval, a Board of Directors or Board of Governors decision or a projectA specific set of activities for which AIIB is (1) considering to provide financing, (2) has approved financing or (3) has provided financing. reaching certain stages in the approval process, etc. When one of those events occurs, it triggers the disclosure of the relevant documents.
