Mr. Jin Liqun, President-designate of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), will visit Korea on 8-9 September at the invitation of the Government of Republic of Korea. This will be Mr. Jin's first visit to a Prospective Founding Member of the AIIB outside of China as AIIB's President-designate. In his visit to Seoul, Mr. Jin will discuss a range of issues with Korean state leaders and government ministers, and exchange views on AIIB establishment and future cooperation between AIIB and Korea. He will also meet with a number of Korean corporations and financial institutions.
