DESCRIPTION

AIIB approved a loan of CNY569,100,000 (equal to approximately USD80 million) to the Government of Kingdom of Cambodia for the P000849_National Restoration of Rural Productive Capacity Project - II (NRRPCP-II). This project aims to enhance all-weather accessibility and improve the livelihoods of the population by supporting the rehabilitation and climate-proofing of around 420 km of rural roads in 10 Cambodian provinces.

The project received a grant of approximately USD9.43 million under the Special Fund Window to buy down the interest by 100 basis points from the applicable rate.
