DESCRIPTION

The proposed project will improve road condition, road safety and climate resilience of critical sections of the National Road 13 through innovative contracting model (Output- and Performance-Based Road Contract - OPBRC). The road design will also be strengthened to meet ASEAN standards. The purpose of this grant is to conduct preparatory activities to enhance implementation readiness and quality of proposed investment. The project preparation grant will specifically support consultancy services for resettlement action plan preparation and implementation, conceptual design of OPBRC for the southern section of National Road 13, and project management.
