Event description

Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) will host the 55^th Meeting of the Representatives of Internal Audit Services (RIAS) and the 18^th Meeting of the United Nations Representatives of Internal Audit Services (UN-RIAS) from September 8–11, 2026, at AIIB Headquarters in Beijing, China.

The meeting, themed “Driving Impact with Innovation” is a closed event, open only to members.

It serves as a global platform for Heads of Internal Audit and senior audit leaders from multilateral development banks, international financial institutions, United Nations organizations, and other international organizations to exchange insights on emerging trends, challenges, and developments in internal audit.

The four-day programme includes plenary sessions, thematic discussions, institutional meetings, and knowledge-sharing exchanges focused on how innovation can be harnessed to strengthen the impact and effectiveness of internal audit in a rapidly evolving risk environment.
