Jin Lu is the Deputy Director General of the Department of International Economic and Financial Cooperation, Ministry of Finance (MOF) of the People’s Republic of China (PRC). He is in charge of China’s cooperation with Asian Development Bank (ADB), AIIB and Multilateral Cooperation Center for Development Finance (MCDF), etc. Prior to taking Deputy Director General post at the Ministry of Finance (MOF) of the PRC, he held various posts in MOF, also served as the Advisor to Executive Director for the PRC from 2006 to 2008 and Alternate Executive Director from 2018 to 2021 at ADB. Mr. Lu holds MA in Finance from Wuhan University.
