Jian Ping Huang is Director General, Information Technology Department (ITD) and Acting Director General, Data Management Department (DMD). As Director General of ITD, she leads the central management of the Bank’s digital and AI services, including IT and AI strategy; digital infrastructure and business and AI applications; and cyber risk, resilience and recovery, ensuring that IT policies and programs support AIIB’s strategic objectives and business goals. In her capacity as Acting Director General, DMD, she oversees the reliability and security of the Bank’s data and information assets to support She has more than 20 years of experience at both private and public organizations, including IBM and the World Bank, where she was part of the Information Technology Group responsible for enterprise system implementation and operation. She holds a master’s degree from George Washington University, United States. Huang is from the People’s Republic of China.
