Poland's Ambassador to China signed the Articles of Agreement of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) on October 9, 2015 in Beijing. Poland is the 53rd signatory of the Articles.

AIIB Lends USD52 Million to Strengthen Sri Lanka’s Power Transmission and Support Renewable Energy Growth
The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and the Government of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka have signed a loan agreement for the Kerawalapitiya–Port L Second Transmission Line Project.
