Jianping Huang

Jianping Huang as Director General of the Information Technology Department oversees AIIB’s information technology strategies and the design, implementation and operation of IT systems, based on the Bank's Digital Roadmap. She leads all aspects of technology planning, enterprise architecture, service management, security and risk management, and data governance and management to shepherd AIIB's digital transformation. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience from both private and public organizations, including IBM and the World Bank, where she was part of the Information Technology Group responsible for enterprise system implementation and operation. She holds a master’s degree from George Washington University. Huang is from the People’s Republic of China.
