					<description>Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) will host the&amp;nbsp;55th Meeting of the Representatives of Internal Audit Services (RIAS)&amp;nbsp;and the&amp;nbsp;18th Meeting of the United Nations Representatives of Internal Audit Services (UN-RIAS)&amp;nbsp;from&amp;nbsp;September 8–11, 2026, at&amp;nbsp;AIIB Headquarters in Beijing, China.&amp;nbsp;
The meeting, themed “Driving Impact with Innovation” is a closed event, open only to members.&amp;nbsp;
It serves as a global platform for Heads of Internal Audit and senior audit leaders from multilateral development banks, international financial institutions, United Nations organizations, and other international organizations to exchange insights on emerging trends, challenges, and developments in internal audit.&amp;nbsp;
The four-day programme includes plenary sessions, thematic discussions, institutional meetings, and knowledge-sharing exchanges focused on how innovation can be harnessed to strengthen the impact and effectiveness of internal audit in a rapidly evolving risk environment.&amp;nbsp;

					<description>Water is one of the defining climate and development challenges of our time. Today, 2.2 billion people still lack access to safely managed drinking water, and 3.5 billion people live without safely managed sanitation.
On April 16th, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and CPI will convene &#034;Tackling Water Bankruptcy: The Role of Governance &amp;amp; Finance&#034; on the sidelines of the IMF and World Bank Spring Meetings in Washington, DC. With the upcoming launch of AIIB&#039;s &#034;Where the Water Flows&#034; report, the event will bring together leaders to explore how stronger governance can help unlock capital and how innovative financing approaches can help close persistent investment gaps in water and sanitation.
The event will feature opening remarks by AIIB President Zou Jiayi, President and Chair of the Board of Directors, AIIB and host important conversations on how we can better align capital, policy, and delivery to build more resilient and inclusive water systems.</description>

					<title>AIIB at COP30</title>

					<description>In 2024, AIIB allocated 67% of our regular financing to climate related investments, surpassing the Bank’s 2025 target of 50% for the third consecutive year. However, AIIB’s ambitions do not stop there as we recognize we must do more, do better and do it together with our partners to deliver the change for those that need it most.&amp;nbsp;
The 30th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP30) will take place from November 6-21, 2025, in Belém, Brazil. It will bring together world leaders, scientists, non-governmental organizations, and civil society to discuss priority actions to tackle climate change. COP30 will focus on the efforts needed to limit the global temperature increase to 1.5°C, the presentation of new national action plans (NDCs) and the progress on the finance pledges made at COP29.</description>

					<description>Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) will host the 25th Conference of International Investigators (CII2025) from November 5–7, 2025, at AIIB Headquarters in Beijing, China.
CII2025 is a closed event, open only to investigators and relevant officials from CII Participating Organizations. It serves as a platform for sharing experiences, strengthening inter-agency cooperation, and discussing developments in investigative practices and integrity frameworks.
The three-day program includes institutional meetings, plenary sessions, technical workshops, and peer exchange activities. It will be preceded by a two-day Investigator Training Course on November 3–4.
The event is organized by AIIB’s Complaints-resolution, Evaluation and Integrity Unit (CEIU), in collaboration with the Ethics Office.
